Antrim Photography - Terms of Sale

1. General Terms

By booking a session or purchasing products from Antrim Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both the client and the photographer.


2. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of [20]% is required to secure your booking. Your session is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before or on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payments can be made via [list accepted payment methods].

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least [3] days’ notice. Your deposit will be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.

Antrim Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or emergencies. Clients will be notified as soon as possible, and a new session will be arranged.

4. Session Policies

Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Any delays may result in a shortened session without refund or an additional rescheduling fee.

The photographer reserves the right to end a session early if the client is uncooperative or disruptive.

Any additional time beyond the agreed session duration may incur extra charges.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

All images remain the copyright of Antrim Photography. Clients are granted a personal use license, meaning they may share, print, and use images for personal purposes.

Clients may not alter, edit, or sell the images without explicit written permission from Antrim Photography.

Commercial usage or publication (including for business marketing) requires additional licensing and written consent.

6. Print & Product Sales

Printed products (albums, canvases, prints, etc.) are final sale and non-refundable.

Antrim Photography is not responsible for print quality from third-party vendors. To ensure the best results, we recommend ordering prints through us.

7. Liability & Force Majeure

Antrim Photography is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during a session. Clients participate at their own risk.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, equipment failure, illness), Antrim Photography will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or refund the session.

Antrim Photography will not be held liable for any dissatisfaction in your photos or prints, and cannot guarantee high quality photos. However Antrim Photography will make every reasonable effort to resolve any problems you may have.

8. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By booking a session or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Antrim Photography reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
